DwavesAcquisition LLC - Refund Policy

We stand behind our services and results. However, due to the nature of high-impact consulting, our refund policy is governed by clear performance-based criteria.
1. Setup Fee All setup fees are non-refundable. This fee covers custom-built systems, consulting hours, and client asset development.
2. Guarantee & Refund Eligibility Clients are eligible for partial refunds only if all of the following are true:
Client meets every defined task, outreach volume, call attendance, and approval schedule
Client generates $0 in revenue after a full 30-day launch
Client submits proof of full compliance with responsibilities
3. Partial Refund Terms
If $0 revenue: 50% of the setup fee is refunded
If revenue is under $20K: Revenue share is reduced to 15%
If over $20K: Revenue share is 25%, and no refund is due
4. Refund Process Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Requests must be sent to [email protected]within 10 business days of the end of the launch window.
5. Voiding the Guarantee Refund guarantees are voided if:
Client fails to meet deadlines
Incomplete outreach or missing deliverables
Missed consulting calls or unapproved deviations from process
