DwavesAcquisition LLC - Refund Policy

We stand behind our services and results. However, due to the nature of high-impact consulting, our refund policy is governed by clear performance-based criteria.

1. Setup Fee All setup fees are non-refundable. This fee covers custom-built systems, consulting hours, and client asset development.

2. Guarantee & Refund Eligibility Clients are eligible for partial refunds only if all of the following are true:

  • Client meets every defined task, outreach volume, call attendance, and approval schedule

  • Client generates $0 in revenue after a full 30-day launch

  • Client submits proof of full compliance with responsibilities

3. Partial Refund Terms

  • If $0 revenue: 50% of the setup fee is refunded

  • If revenue is under $20K: Revenue share is reduced to 15%

  • If over $20K: Revenue share is 25%, and no refund is due

4. Refund Process Refunds are reviewed case-by-case. Requests must be sent to [email protected]within 10 business days of the end of the launch window.

5. Voiding the Guarantee Refund guarantees are voided if:

  • Client fails to meet deadlines

  • Incomplete outreach or missing deliverables

  • Missed consulting calls or unapproved deviations from process
